If you are unable to attend a session, workshop or event please do let us know asap as we may be able to offer your seat to an alternative customer.
We have very limited space in the studio therefore our seats are like gold dust!
We understand that circumstances can get in the way of attending an event with us and if given a reasonable amount of notice we may be able to reschedule, transfer or refund, this is subject to the managers discretion.
All our session's, event and workshop etc are non-refundable at the time of booking.

If you are unable to attend a session, workshop, event at The Pottery Room or an external event outside of the studio please do let us know asap. so that we can offer your space to an alternative customer.
If we are given a months notice priory to the event date we may be able to reschedule your booking to another date.
Refunds are at the managing directors discretion.

Breakages / damages
Any breakages or damage made to our products or equipment must be paid for .
If your painted pottery is sent off for glazing and firing by us and is damaged in the kiln, we accidentally break the product (our fault) you will be offered to paint a replacement (attend another session at our cost)
